Would it work when SPARSEMEM would be available on m68k? I thought that's what it's all about: making different kind of memory available to the system and being able to load the kernel where you want have it to run from.
sparsemem support would solve many of our problems. I haven't heard anyone volunteer to write sparsemem support for m68k, though.
