Did you already try:
apt-get clean && dpkg --clear-avail && apt-get update
?
Also, did you already import the GPG key for debian-ports.org for 2015?
gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --recv-keys C448326E && gpg --armor
--export C448326E | apt-key add -
