Just build it manually? I did that (after downgrading perl-modules), with 'nocheck' so that it actually builds, and have just now uploaded it (sorry for the delay, from the aforementioned reasons). Apparently, perl-modules -2 wants perl-base -2 though, so I’ll be repeating this cycle :( expect a dist-upgrade in a day or two to work again.
