another problem I think I've solved was that when orca --text-setup was run, no language or synthesizer questions were asked. I ran spd-conf -C and chose en for the language and alsa for the output technology. Next time I boot the system I'll find out if any of this worked. On Sat, 11 Aug 2012, Jude DaShiell wrote:
