Hi Jason, Samuel, and All:  Are all software hi-quality solutions hampered by 
delays? I really like the Google TTS, but are their ways of downloading a 
database, so requests wouldn't always go through their cloud servers-and-reach 
a daily limit? I did make some mp3s of an instruction manual, along with part 
of a book, useing gtts-cli. Thanks in advance
