Try running the installer he pointes to and you will find the issue.  I don't understand what you are saying John Doe.

You are talking about an issue, which is, unrelated to what the OP has done. What you are talking about is a bug or a feature request but has nothing to do with this.
According to what you said, the issue you are facing is not a regression.
