Right.
You can use the ISO image at 
http://backup.parisc-linux.org/debian-cd/debian-8.0/alpha/
to initially install Debian 8.

After successful installation, you need to add the debian-ports
repository to your /etc/apt/sources.list file, so that you will receive
regularly new updates. Add those entries to /etc/apt/sources.list:
  deb http://ftp.debian-ports.org/debian/ unstable main
  deb http://ftp.debian-ports.org/debian/ unreleased main
