Right. You can use the ISO image at http://backup.parisc-linux.org/debian-cd/debian-8.0/alpha/ to initially install Debian 8. After successful installation, you need to add the debian-ports repository to your /etc/apt/sources.list file, so that you will receive regularly new updates.
