As mentioned previously, I've had a positive experience with my K8T Neo2 as well (ok, the onboard audio is terrible, but that is hardly a surprise). The key difference is that the MSI K8T Neo boards are Nforce3-based, while the non-Neo K8T is VIA-based. Bad, confusing product naming.
