i'm pretty new to this list (and in debian 64 world !), but when i try
to install libc6-dev i've got an error (translation) : Following packages have unmet dependencies :
libc6-dev: Dpend: libc6 (= 2.3.2.ds1-20) but
2.3.2.ds1-20.0.0.1.pure64 should be installed
but i can't find the mentionned packages. I try to install libc6-dev
in /emul/ia32-linux and run ldconfig but gcc still not found stdio.h
I had the same problem after installing with a pretty recent netinst-iso (a sid netinst iso to be precise). I found out that libc6_2.3.2.ds1-20.0.0.1.pure64 was installed while the archive only had libc6_2.3.2.ds1-20
Well, I solved the issue on my system by downloading libc6_2.3.2.ds1-20_amd64.deb and installing it manually with dpkg. After that downgrade, the problem was (obviously) gone.
