I've got socket 939 AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+, nForce4 board, 2 GB RAM in
dual channel, hdparm -tT on 74 GB Raptor (WD740GD-00FL Rev: 31.0) says:
# hdparm -tT /dev/sda
/dev/sda:
Timing cached reads: 1942 MB in 2.00 seconds = 971.33 MB/sec
Timing buffered disk reads: 202 MB in 3.02 seconds = 66.97 MB/sec
Looks like the rest of you.
