Ehhh, this was easy to find: http://ivtvdriver.org/index.php/Troubleshooting#PVR-350_with_Philips_FM1216ME_MK5_tuner Scanning the source, in ivtv-cards.c 1 card is listed with FM1216ME MK5 and it simply uses the FM1216ME MK3 define. I can confirm that the FM1216ME MK3 works just fine on my PVR-150 (with 2.16.19.3): tveeprom 1-0050: tuner model is Philips FM1216 ME MK3 (idx 57, type 38) HTH -- When you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all.
