You will need this patch: <http://svn.nslu2-linux.org/svnroot/kernel/trunk/patches/2.6.20/89-nslu2-mv-freq-fixup.patch> to get the NSLU2 timekeeping correct again on 2.6.20. Something changed in the kernel timer support which meant that the old frequency fixup didn't work any more. This is all due to the non-standard 33.0000MHz crystal in the NSLU2 (most ixp4xx devices use 33.3333MHz).
