I don't know where to look for this history, but I assure you the fact that these builds failed (not only on armel, but on other arches) and were a pain to get going had a huge impact on the number of uploads I was willing to make over the last year. I would like to keep webkitgtk more up-to-date on Debian but I fail to gather enough motivation when I think of how many build failures caused by lack of memory or disk space I'll have to deal with.
