i have made an experimental 2 k7 cluster, but i am having networks problems because my latency times are really big (on the order of 1100 microseconds) as this cluster is experimental, i am interested in some network interface that could deliver me low latency times (perhaps gigabyte ethernet?, 10-20 microseconds?), low number of conexions (less than 5 ports) and low cost (i pay the hardware, not my institution) somebody could give me some advice ? is possible to join together: - low latency times ? - low number of ports ? - low cost ? thanks a lot for your help erasmo
