Basically, I don't know who will install this blend, but yes. Because of Win10EOL GNU/Linux is getting a topic in "Repair Cafés". I also did one workshop about GNU/Linux. Sometimes the Hardware is older. I worry about some performance problems with GNOME. Personally, I don't use GNOME. I installed xfce on desktop systems for my family and it worked very well.
