When you're downloading the base system via dbootstrap and realize the
connection was lost (even though dbootstrap didn't notice), trying to press
enter to make it stop doesn't work. You have to kill dbootstrap by hand to make
it restart and try again (with no resume at all :( )

This bug has been fixed as of boot-floppies 2.2.16, available in the
Debian potato release.  Please let us know if you still experience the
