Bugs against release notes?

I noticed a typo in section 7.15.1 of the PowerPC release notes for 2.2 at
<http://www.debian.org/releases/2.2/powerpc/ch-init-config.en.html>.  Where is
the correct place to file a bug?  I don't see an appropriate pseudo-package at
<http://www.debian.org/Bugs/db/ix/pseudopackages.html>.
