No, strings are still concatenated the same way.
I see another problem that should be taken care of for debinstall (I
guess it's too much work/hassle for dbootstrap), in certain languages
the order may change.
Example:
I need disk foo of set bar
which may be used to be in some random language
Of set bar I need disk foo
bar <--> foo is changed. I remember stepped over that problem for the
slink messages, haven't translated them again, so dunno if that problem
persists.
Which means, we should use something like:
"I need disk %1 of set %2", nr, set)
which will require a modified version of printf&co.
