BIOS for DELL OPTIPLEX 466/L DAMAGED

Dear Sir, 

I have been trying to figure out what went wrong with the BIOS for DELL
OPTIPLEX 466/L PC. When I switch it on, the screen is somehow divided
into three vertical sections. When I switch it on and off again, it says
SYSTEM BIOS has been destroyed. Could you kindly send me the BIOS for
this DELL PC as specified above.
