help for Debian setup

Hello i am a newbie and i have a problem when i install Debian GNU/Linux 2.2 .     When i must choose the X Window System Fonts i can't go on, my keyboard is not able to communicate with the setup program     In fact i can't choose ans i can't finish  the setup of linux. If one can say me if this is a problem of the cdrom or a problem in the program. I accept a help in french or in english, maybe in spanish                         Thank you :-)       [EMAIL PROTECTED]
