-added DEBUG variable which tells the get_udebs target to download source and build 
the udebs.  Once
our udebs respect DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=debug this should allow us to make a debuggable 
demo.
-add deb-src to sources.list
-mount /proc for shell target
