Log message:
fix the boot problem, got a crippled system to boot and I interacted with cdebco
nf, fun.

-added some tty's to /dev/
-remove CVS/ dirs from root filesystem
-put in a little stat about how small your kernel needs to be to do a single floppy 
disk
-remove extra stuff from fstab
-take boot-floppies inittab, busybox init likes it better
