I read the license, and iirc, it said GPL, but you may use it on
non-GPL programs as well. Which makes sense, if you are to use it on
any program which is not GPL - it will put parts of itself into the
new executable. And if the program being compressed is not GPL, this
would be a violation of the GPL.
