debian-installer vs boot-floppies

I hate that debian-installer and boot-floppies are competing for
talent this way.

I would suggest we direct people first and foremost into boot-floppies
woody at this time, rather than debian-installer, based on how
preliminary debian-installer is, and how much I need help for
boot-floppies.
