I do have host and path available separately without effort, you want
DEBIAN_MIRROR_HOSTNAME
and 
DEBIAN_MIRROR_PATH
?

Or in light of the fact that debootstrap writes TARGET/etc/apt/sources.list
maybe this doesn't matter.
