I just wanted to install woody on 2 machines here, and on both the same thing happened... I guess lilo would be installed with the potato boot disks I was using before, but with the latest woody boot disks, it doesn't download and install the lilo Debian-package. You can find the bootdisks at /pub/debian/dists/woody/main/disks-i386/2.3.1-2001-04-13/ on just about any Debian FTP-mirror; I was using ftp.de.debian.org... (and that bootdisk doesn't even come with a base2_2.tgz; it's getting it's Debian packages via apt - and it will install just about anything, but not LILO... maybe this bug should be filed against debootstrap also, as I think that's the package failing to install lilo...) -- System Information Debian Release: testing/unstable Architecture: i386 Kernel: Linux www 2.2.18 #1 SMP Tue Dec 12 10:20:20 CET 2000 i686 -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
