Attached are patches to docs within boot-floppies/documentation/ and
boot-floppies/documentation/en to introduce a left-alt entity. On my iMac,
the option key is also labeled 'alt', but the key meant by Left-Alt in the
docs is actually the Command/Apple key.
I also added a note about Shift-Page-Up and Ctrl-Q in the virtual consoles.
I didn't make diffs for the non-English language docs. If that would be
appropriate, I can do so (well just for the left-alt entity) I'm not up to
speed on how they get handled.
