Fix quik installation so it references the actual kernel and not /vmlinuz

Add dialog at the end of quik installation telling users that their
system won't actually boot until they reconfigure OpenFirmware
themselves.

Prevent quik installation from proceeding on a NewWorld PowerMac, tell
users to rtfm if they try.
