Well, debian-installer has been tried twice on armel with the same failure, so I'm not sure it's the mirror... (but I don't know what else it could be, which is why I mailed -boot). Anyway, I just checked that input-modules-2.6.30-2-ixp4xx-di is listed in http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/dists/testing/main/debian-installer/binary-armel/Packages.gz right now.
