Package: debootstrap
Version: 0.2.45-0.2
Severity: normal
I tested this problem on multiple systems. Heres a snip from
#deb...@efnet irc channel.
09:35 <@rza> if you debootstrap sarge and run apt-setup on chrooted
there it adds testing to sources.list
09:35 <@rza> seems like its out of date
09:46 < Fackamato> rza, just to make things clear, should I debootstrap
before or after I'm chrooted?
09:47 < Fackamato> well rza I ran debootstrap, then chrooted, then
apt-setup and
09:47 < Fackamato> Get:1 http://ftp.se.debian.org testing/main Packages

09:47 < Fackamato> Get:2 http://ftp.se.debian.org testing/main Release

09:47 < Fackamato> so it's not fetching sarge.

This bug was for some reason filed on debootstrap, rather than
on base-config, which contained apt-setup.
In the meantime, base-config has been removed; apt-setup has been
removed from Debian and is only in d-i, and d-i has changed to
configure sources.list with release codenames.
