d-i daily builds containing the 2.6.11 kernel can no longer reboot on a
ctrl-alt-del. Running shutdown manually works, it seems that either it
is turned off by default now, or broken in that kernel, or busybox
doesn't work right now.

This (very old) problem does not exist in a version of busybox as shipped
with squeeze (1:1.17.1-8) - Ctrl+Alt+Del works correctly on many
systems with init being busybox's init.
So closing this bug now.
