To me this seems some burning media error relevant only in couple with encryption: i try to install with d-i squeeze beta2 1) netinstall on CD: a) encypted lvm freeze installer at 73% with some errors on sr0 in dmesg|tail; b) clear lvm doesn't raise any error; 2) USB stick with d-i squeeze beta2 and netinst iso in (a) doesn't raise any error, i.e. with encryption partition, lvm on that for root/swap/home.
