Package: boot-floppies Version: N/A; reported 2001-12-02 Severity: critical Justification: breaks the whole system
After installing debian on my ss10 after re-booting (install went fine) the kernel sent all its messages to the serial console but there was no getty started there. I had to edit inittab by hand which is not the way this it is intended because in inittab it even said that this fail shouldn't be modified by hand.
