Package: debootstrap
Version: 1.0.39
Severity: important

libept upgraded recently its package and it creates an issue with
debootstrap (it fails).
debootstrap loads important priority packages but libept1 and libept1.4.12 both
have
"priority: important" set.
However libept1 is not compatible with libapt-pkg4.12 which is the current
version used.

debootstrap loads both packages, though only libept1.4.12 should be loaded.

This results in W: Failure while configuring base packages

I added some info in bug #472704 but created this one as an independant bug
after analysis.
