I can confirm the workaround Ed proposed: 1) before installation, I disabled WLAN in the BIOS settings,
2) installation of Debian with before mentioned Netinstall CD was successful, updates via ethernet/dhcp connection are possible 3) after installation, switch on WLAN in the BIOS and install b43 stuff via aptitude.
