There's unfortunately the finish-install update which was missing to enable gdm accessibility when having installed through speakup (Bug#705599). And also the sound_events enabling for brltty, which I've appended to Bug#705530. I only I could have found time to actually test d-i's accessibility thoroughly (been in my TODO for a couple of months...)
