I (supposedly) fixed the issue in tzsetup, will wait for the magic l10n sync of next noght and then I'll "fix" the Spanish translation pf D-I (and, well, also the French translation, assuming therewill be at least one person, sometime, using D-I with "French" as language and "Mexico" as country.
