Alright, I'll remove it then. I wasn't too fond of having such a generic
name anyway. ;)

I'm not sure we have any normal procedure to be honest. Given the amount
of keyring packages, and the fact we have a well-established derivative
behaving this way (in the archive, and in debootstrap's debian/rules), I
don't think there's a good reason not to have the t-a-k package in
Debian as well.
