Hmm, there was a decision to mark that strings in s390-zfcp as not-translatable, right? See https://lists.debian.org/debian-boot/2016/02/msg00259.html and follow-ups. So, why is there a corresponding pot-file listed at https://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po-debconf/pot#s390-zfcp ? This package is an udeb package, which is a special package form only for the Debian Installer. The translation for those packages is managed via the translation team of the Debian Installer. Other translators should not work on strings of udeb packages!!!
