Yes you can. :) Please see [1] for the how to do it. You may also want to retitle[2] the bug while you are at it (as it says debhelper). :) Finally, you should remove the "moreinfo" tag I added. Do keep in mind that the maintainers will just see the reassign, but *not* anything useful beyond that. I would personally recommend that you CC the debootstrap maintainers ([email protected]) on the bug with a summary of the bug information, so they know what the bug is about (or resend the original mail to the above list).
