Hello,

I'm trying to use the Debian Installer from an SD card to install Debian on a
Cubieboard (Allwinner A10, armhf).

I have two options so far:
1. Using an old installer (~2014) which doesn't have the proper public key.
2. Using the latest installer which does not recognize my keyboard.

1. The old installer doesn't have the proper public keys to download from the
mirrors and I'm therefore trying to follow section B.2.2. of the user manual
(B.2.2. Using boot parameters to preseed questions) to set
debian-installer/allow_unauthenticated to true. However, I can't find how this
is done and where I should write the command. Section B.2.2 only says: "just
pass path/to/variable=value for any of the preseed variables listed in the
examples", but doesn't explain how to do that. Is there somewhere a detailed
explanation on how this is done?

2. The latest installer doesn't recognize my keyboard while it works fine in
U-Boot just before the kernel is loaded. I have a serial connection to try to
debug it but the last line I get is: "Starting kernel ..." which is not very
useful.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Thanks,
Jean
