Package: boot-floppies Version: 3.0.21; reported 2002-03-21 Severity: normal
I was installing on an m68k (Quadra 650). I downloaded macinstall.tar.gz and unpacked it, then started the Penguin installer. Everything worked great until I selected to install the Kernel and Modules. It located the folder on my disk where I had unpacked the tarball, and installed rescue.bin. But then it came up with the message There was a problem installing the drivers from /instmnt/3.0.21/mac/drivers.tgz. I verified the file was there, then checked vc3. loop: can't get info on /dev/loop0: No such device or address Segmentation fault Extracting drivers from non-floppy device /instmnt/3.0.21/mac/drivers.tgz failed with 1 -- System Information Debian Release: 3.0 Architecture: m68k Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
