Instructions to set up TFTP net-booting are outdated, and could be simpler for Network-manager users, I'll try to file a merge request. What seemed like a real bug is that, when I tried to boot from `debian-installer/amd64/bootnetx64.efi`, the boot process tried to access `grubx64.efi` which was not found.
