[woody] debootstrap error

hey,   I downloaded all the iso's for woody, the iso were ok (I did md5sum check) but when I get to the installing of the base system it first validates the files, right after that is done I get "debootstrap error"   I tried to burn the iso of CD1 again, but the same thing :(   my system: Micronics W6-LI 1x ppro 200 2x 3com etherlinkIII ISA 2.1gb SCSI HD     Bram 'skuzz' Jessen
