Something like short message always helps: To (re)configure X4 in Woody, run: # dpkg-reconfigure --p=low xserver-xfree86 If it does not work, I guess RTFM: X(7), Xserver(1), XF86Config(5x), xf86config(1), xf86cfg(1) ...
