Package: kbd-chooser Version: 0.0.10 When installing using DEBCONF_PRIORITY=high, the keyboard will switch from american layout to dworak layout. I tracked this down to the fact that kbd-chooser will use dworak as the default keyboard layout, but not display the question and just change the layout. Not displaying the question when using DEBCONF_PRIOTITY=high is very good, but I believe the default should be either not to touch the current layout (which is american by default on all machines I have tested), or to set american layout by default. Using dworak as the default layout is not good.
