According to TODO, we're using dhclient I could have sworn I saw pump being run.
FWIW RH is installing dhclient these days whereas it wrote pump because it didn't like the alternatives. As of RHL 8.0, it's still using pump (or a derivitave) in Anaconda, the installer though. I don't know what they're doing in 8.1, the second and third betas are broken.
