Hi,
s390-netdevice is still linked against libdebconf.so.1 and therefore it
should be recompiled :

libdebconf.so.1 => not found
libdebian-installer.so.3 => /usr/lib/libdebian-installer.so.3 (0x40018000)
libc.so.6 => /lib/libc.so.6 (0x4001d000)
/lib/ld.so.1 => /lib/ld.so.1 (0x40000000)
