Given the fact that I encounter the same error as Petter with having only a / and a swap partition I conclude that grub-installer is broken. Error message: Could not find device for /boot: Not found or not a block device -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
