Then I've some other account for debian-boot I'd forgotten, because "grep debian ~/.cvspass" doesn't mention any other than webwml. I just don't understand how pserver authorization works then if .cvspass doesn't have password for this, but it doesn't matter as it seems that I've account to debian-boot also... :-) And after thinking and searching, I found some mails about this account dating back to a couple of years ago... And for other two questions, I might assume that answer is no for both.
